Program Disclaimer
Participation in the AAF Roanoke Mentorship Program is a voluntary, professional development opportunity. Participation does not guarantee employment, internships, or any form of job placement. All mentors and mentees are expected to engage respectfully and professionally, maintaining appropriate boundaries at all times. Discrimination or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, prejudice based on race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, political affiliation, or any other protected characteristic.
