Hosted by AAF Roanoke, the Roanoke Ghost Tour is your passage into the city’s ghostly past. Travel through Roanoke’s haunted corners and eerie histories on this otherworldy walking tour.

Hear from local historians about the curious stories and strange phenomena that have haunted Roanoke citizens and visitors for generations. And if you’re lucky, you might even meet a ghost or two yourself! Get tickets to an unforgettable evening of historical and spooky fun.

Olde Salem Brewing, 315 Market St. SE, Downtown Roanoke

How many tours per day?

We will host 3 tours per day:

  • The first tour each day is family-friendly, perfect for wholesome Halloween fun!
  • If you want a spookier experience, then a later time slot is for you.

How long is the tour?

The ghost tour lasts between 60 and 75 minutes. The length depends on:

  • The walking speed of our group.
  • Any ghostly friends we make along the way.

How far will we walk?

You’ll walk about a mile. It’s important to note that:

  • The Roanoke ghost tour winds around downtown Roanoke. The total route covers about a mile of terrain on mostly level, paved, or cobbled sidewalks.
  • We recommend wearing comfortable shoes for walking.

How much do tickets cost?

Tickets cost $20 per individual. Please keep in mind that:
