About Rodrigua Ross
Rodrigua Ross is the Senior Vice President of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging for the YMCA of South Hampton Roads, with over 24 years of experience in various leadership roles. A passionate advocate for access-deficient communities, Rodrigua specializes in embedding equity strategies within organizations. She has led initiatives addressing youth development, food security, and public health, and she hosts the podcast Causenetic. Rodrigua holds a BA in Political Science and an MBA focused on Strategic Leadership, and she is the President and CEO of her consulting firm, Dreaming Out Loud Inc.
