American Advertising Awards Take-In Day

To Enter the 2019 Awards Competition
Go to www.aafroanoke.org/aaa and click “ENTER ONLINE”
Complete the entrant information.
Complete the information for each entry.
Upload the correct digital file for your submission.
Print out two copies of each entry form.
Print out one copy of your manifest and sign it.
Package TWO COPIES of your entries as directed in the Rules & Categories or on the Cheat Sheet provided.
Deliver entries from 4:30pm – 6:30pm on Thursday, January 10, 2019 to the Roanoke Higher Education Center, Room 212.
When You Submit Your Entries Please
Package them as outlined in the Rules & Categories or on the Cheat Sheet provided.
Include the appropriate digital upload using the AAAwards software.
Include your signed manifest (print this out from the AAAwards entry site).
Make sure your entries match your manifest.
Include your payment (pay in advance by credit card or pay by check).
Entry Fees
Single entries:
$125 for non AAF Roanoke members
$90 for AAF Roanoke members
Campaign entries:
$135 for non AAF Roanoke members
$100 for AAF Roanoke members
The local per entry fee for students is $25 each.
Judging Procedures
Judging will be conducted in accordance with the guidelines found on the aaf.org website. Decisions of judges and the N3AC, including eligibility, qualifications and appropriate category placements, are final.
