AAF Roanoke CreateAthon 2017 Terms & Conditions: If my organization is selected, I understand and agree to the following:
Work for this project will be done by AAF Roanoke volunteers between the hours of 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 7 and 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, October 8, 2017.
We will meet with AAF/CreateAthon representatives prior to event to provide additional background on our organization and the requested project.
We will have at least one representative available to answer questions during the entire 24-hour period of CreateAthon. Yes, that means we’ll answer the phone at 2:00 a.m. to discuss wording in a brochure if needed.
We will meet with the assigned team on October 7 for stage one approvals at a time to be determined that day with the team based on need.
We will have a representative available the morning of October 8 at VWCC to watch a presentation of all work created (allow for 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. for presentation, video and interviews) and to receive a mockup of the project and all completed project files on disk.
We understand there will be no additional work provided by AAF Roanoke for this project beyond the terms outlined above.
