A multi-award-winning educator\, he’s spent more than 24 years inspiring students to believe in their abilities\, think boldly\, and become lifelong learners. \n\n\n\nBeyond teaching\, he’s a master facilitator in workforce and corporate development\, designing and leading leadership workshops that bring out the best in people. His sessions are known for laughter\, insight\, and those “aha!” moments that last long after the class ends. He believes leadership begins with authenticity\, empathy\, and a good sense of humor\, all things he brings to every learning experience. \n\n\n\nAlexander’s journey is anything but ordinary\, blending education\, aviation\, and business into a one-of-a-kind career path. He holds a B.A. in Modern Languages and Literature\, an MBA in Marketing\, a Master’s in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign/Second Language\, a Master’s in Communication\, a Master’s in Applied Linguistics to the Teaching of Spanish\, and certifications as an Aviation Weather Specialist and in Air Traffic Control.
